At RinseGo, we aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably. This policy explains our shipping methods, timelines, costs, and responsibilities.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations.

🇨🇦 Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 CAD (Free on orders over $50 CAD)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days depending on location

🌎 International Shipping:

  • Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

  • Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at ali@przrve.eco so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the package and contents, and contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not already shipped.
