Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your RinseGo products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within reasonable limits that protect both you and us.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been used or come into contact with water/liquids cannot be returned unless they are defective.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used sprayers, bottles, or accessories (due to sanitary regulations)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Digital gift cards


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at ali@przrve.eco with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an eligible item, contact us at ali@przrve.eco


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.


How to Request a Return

Email us at ali@przrve.eco with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if defective/damaged)

We will reply with return instructions.


Note: By placing an order, you agree to this policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions.
